What to expect from your Support Coordination

Support Coordination at Level 2 is provided to Plan Managed NDIS Customers. The number of hours you have access to will depend on how many hours are included in your NDIS Plan.

Your Support Coordination will include direct and indirect contact time, and may include travel time and km for any face to face meetings required, as well as time to prepare and write any reports requested in your NDIS Plan.

Generally, once we have signed the paperwork to get started, your support will be over the phone, by email or video call. This saves your Support Coordination time for getting you connected to your supports and for dealing with any problems that may arise. 

You can expect your Support Coordinator to help you to understand your NDIS Plan, to help you to access the supports in your Plan, and to help you to manage any problems you might have with accessing the supports in your Plan.
